Chick pea snack
Instead of reaching for the chips, here’s a healthy snack for quick protein on the go.
1 can of 398 ml Graves Chick Pea
Some of our favourite seasonings are:
Sea salt and white vinegar
1. Simply drain, rinse and blot dry a can of Graves chick peas.
2. Toss them in olive oil, salt and your favourite seasonings.
3. Roast at 425 for 30 minutes.
4. Once cooled, keep the roasted chick peas in a sandwich bag for easy snacking!
