Hearty bean pizza

Ingredients
1 cup Graves Homestyle Baked Beans
2 pieces naan bread (or 12” pizza crust)
¼ cup tomato sauce
3 garlic cloves, slivered
½ cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
60 g prosciutto or pancetta
1 cup grated mozzarella
Optional: fresh basil, balsamic drizzle, chili flakes, arugula
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 450F.
2. Put pizza crust or naan bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a pizza stone.
3. Spread tomato sauce on crust and add beans, cherry tomatoes, slivered garlic, prosciutto or pancetta, and mozzarella.
4. Bake for 10 minutes or until crust and cheese are golden (check after 8 minutes).
5. Let cool and top with fresh basil – and, if you’re feeling fancy, a drizzle of balsamic, a handful of arugula, or dash of chili flakes.
