Smashed chick pea & avocado sandwich

Ingredients
1 can of 398 ml Graves Chick Peas
2 ripe avocados
½ red onion, diced
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp pepper
½ lime
4 pieces of your favourite bread
Optional toppings – tomato, arugula, or others
Preparation
1. Place avocado and chick peas in a bowl and mash with a potato masher or fork until relatively smooth. Stir in onion, salt, pepper and lime juice.
2. Slather onto your bread, and done!
